Our shipping rates are calculated on-line via a live feed from USPS and UPS. We charge a base rate depending on the service you would like plus a fee based on the actual weight of the items you purchase.

Shipping and Handling Information
• Refill ONLY order usually ship with 2 to 3 business days.
• We ship standard (non-engraved) writing instrument orders within ten to twenty five business days; engraved orders usually require one additional day.
• If you need RUSH service please call Annie at 650 728-7811 after 1:00 P.M. [PST] or leave us a message 650 898-1990 and lets us know the details so that we can make sure your order arrives on time.
• We do not offer expedited UPS or FedEx Saturday delivery
• We ship to P.O Boxes, APO/FPO Boxes via Priority US Mail only.

Sales Tax
• Appropriate sales tax will be added to orders shipped to California. The current tax rate is 8.5%
